The Automotive Services Vehicle history portal is an online service whereby our workshop customers can login to so see comprehensive vehicle maintenance records of their fleet. This is charged at a small monthly subscription with no limit to the number of vehicles.
Throught the simple user friendly interface gain access to all maintenance records, details and costings that are allocated against your vehicles. This information can be easily downloaded and used as proof of compliance during RSA inspections and will eliminate the internal burden of fleet administration.

What information will you see?
A vehicle history file is created automatically on every vehicle that goes through the workshop and is automatically updated whenever a job card is opened for a particular vehicle. It shows: all parts and labour and associated costs that have been allocated to a vehicle.
Where does the information come from?
Automotive Services uses an industry leading workshop software called FleetMinder. Any time work is carried out on your vehicle your vehicle history file is automatically updated.
A built in feature of the FleetMinder suite is its preventative maintenance planner, as part of the Automotive Services maintenance plans reminders can be sent out on timely intervals in line with best practice.
